This season took us all the way to Gulf Shores, Alabama to compete in the PG Gulf Coast World Series. While both our 10u and 7u teams fell short of bringing home a championship, these players left everything they had on the field, and that's something to hang your hat on.
In times like these, it is important to remember that success isn't always measured by rings. It's measured by hard work, dedication, determination, growth, friendships, and all the memories made in-between along the way. These two teams battled through intense heat and represented their hometowns well.
Going to a World Series is an accomplishment in itself that many teams never get to experience. These kids proved that they belong on that field, and they competed with courage and grit until the very last out.
We're disappointed, but we're also incredibly grateful—for the opportunity, the experience, the laughter, and the core memories that will last a lifetime.
To each of our players: hold your heads high. You gave it everything you had, and that's all anyone could ever ask. As always, GO TIGERS!! 🐅
