“10 Toes Down” Challenge

Complete as fast as possible:

* 100 burpees
* 100 push-ups
* 100 air squats
* 100 sit-ups
* 100 walking lunges
* 1-mile run

Rules: No quitting. Break reps however you need, but the clock never stops. Fastest time wins $100 💰💵.

This will be held Saturday September 12th at 9am Isaac’s 24/7 Gym.

SMALL BUSINESS SHOUTOUTS 👊🇺🇸

Starting this upcoming week, I’m going to start something I’ve been wanting to do for a while.

Every week, I’m going to pick a small business in our community and give them a shoutout. No strings attached. No asking for anything in return.

As a small business owner myself, I know how much hard work, sacrifice, long hours, and dedication go into keeping a business alive.

Sometimes a simple share, recommendation, or shoutout can make a bigger difference than people realize.

So every week, I’m going to do my part to shine a light on the people who are out here grinding and building something of their own.

I don’t make negative posts, but here we go.

This is a 90 lb dumbbell. It’s equipment that costs real money to replace, and unfortunately, some people are treating the gym like the equipment is indestructible.

Dropping weights, throwing dumbbells, slamming equipment, and abusing machines is NOT “hardcore.” It’s disrespectful.

This gym belongs to all of us. If you use it, respect it. Put your weights down under control. Re-rack them. Take care of the machines. Treat the equipment like you paid for it—because somebody did.

I’m all for training hard. Train heavy. Train hard. Just don’t destroy the damn gym doing it.

Respect the equipment. Respect the gym. Respect the people who have to pay to replace it.

Isaac’s 24/7 Gym — train hard, but train with respect.

If anyone is caught dropping dumbbells and being disrespectful to our equipment.
I will personally have you removed from our gym.
If anyone sees this going on please contact me.
