New Megabass Exclusive color drop at Scheels! Absolute 🔥🔥 paint job on this one called SS Pearl Minnow! Had to get 2, one to fish with and one for the collection. Anything that eats a minnow will crush this bait!

I like the jr. size this time of the year because bait is generally smaller. This downsized profile can absolutely change your day of fishing especially when the fish are pressured or feeding on smaller bait fish. This time of year water temps here are warm, baitfish are moving quickly. So, a quick retrieve, steady or with a series of jerks, followed by a sudden pause is my go to.

On This day in 1991 Michael Arujo would land what was to be the 2nd largest bass ever caught at the time...a 21 pound 12 ounce MONSTER from Castaic Lake in California! 7 Days later The legendary Bob Crupi would land a fish that was slighltly heavier, coming in at 22.01 pounds From the same body of water! These two fish are still the 2 largest bass ever caught in the state of California! Pictured here is Michael Arujo with his 21 pound 12 ounce bass!
