Outbound and Inbound.

Outbound is where you reach out to a prospect that’s not looking for what you have to offer. ☹️

Inbound is where you create content that makes prospects come to you! 🤩

Little known fact about me:
I’m an Introvert. So, today is my day.
It’s Happy World Introvert Day!

Many don’t believe me when I say I’m an introvert because:

I’ve lead large organizations.
I’ve spoken in front of tens of thousands.
I’ve recruited hundreds in my career.
I’ve earned millions selling and teaching others to sell.
How can I be an introvert?

-Introvert just means I get exhausted from being in large crowds or speaking to large audiences.
-I draw my energy from being alone.
-I’m not shy 🙈 Because shyness is an emotion, introvert is a personality type.
-I just often prefer my thoughts 💭 over people. 😬

Here are the different types of introverts:

SOCIAL: This is the "classic" type of introvert. They prefer small groups and quiet settings over crowds. They can feel socially awkward in public. Even now, I have to coach myself before I walk into large events.

THINKING: These are the daydreamers. They spend a lot of time in their thoughts and tend to have creative imaginations. This is me! It’s how I come up with my unique trainings and my ideas to grow my businesses.

ANXIOUS: They seek out alone time not just because they like it, but also because they often feel awkward or shy around I WAS an anxious introvert. But I realized leading people would be harder if I didn’t overcome this. So, I overcame it.

INHIBITED: These introverts think before they act. They aren't likely to make a decision on a whim. Typically they take longer to take action. My dad taught me: you study long you study wrong. So, I make sure I think 🤔 but not too much before I make a decision.

Don’t let anyone talk you out of your destiny. 💫

I was:

-an AFROTC Wing Commander. 🎖
-a new AKA. 💖💚
-a new car owner. I loved that Jetta. 🥰
-a USAF Veteran. 🇺🇸

I was also, according to some:

-too outspoken 🗣
-too opinionated 🙋🏾‍♀️
-too strong 💪🏾
and
-nobody’s first choice to be a smashing success. 🤷🏾‍♀️
I was told that I needed to fall in line if I wanted to win in life. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Instead, I went on to make some unpopular choices that helped me become:

-an entrepreneur 👩🏾‍💻
-an industry disruptor 💥
-a millionaire 💰
- #1 income earner 🥇
-a global leader 🌍
-a master communicator 🎤
-a keynote speaker 👏🏾
-a coach 🤝
And
-a stay at home mom 👩🏽‍🦱. My favorite title of all. 💕

None of these this would have come true for me if:

I listened to the opinions of others.
I based my future on my present.
I didn’t believe the best was always yet to come.

Bet on yourself. That’s always the best bet. 🔐
