🐸 Upcoming Frog Empire Schedule

Here’s our schedule moving forward, including updated class times and upcoming days with no practice. Make sure to save this post so you have all the dates and times!

A couple important updates:

Tadpoles: Wednesdays will now be 6:15–7:00 PM

MS/HS: We will continue starting at 6:30 PM through November 1st. After that, we’ll adjust our schedule to accommodate the start of the school wrestling season and school practices.

NJ Super32 Qualifier 💪

Very proud of Zach and Logan for getting out there, getting matches, and putting the things we’ve been working on in practice to the test!

Zach picked up some great wins, including an awesome comeback, but unfortunately came up just short of qualifying. He will be trying again in Rhode Island.

Logan took a tough loss in the Round of 16, then battled all the way back, bonus-pointing everyone on his way to officially qualifying for Super 32! 🔥

Proud of both these guys for continuing to compete, learn, and get better. Back to work! Next stop: Rhode Island Super32 Qualifier 🐸

📣 Schedule Update!

As Frog Empire continues to grow, we’re excited to officially add both our Tadpoles (ages 3–6) and Girls Wrestling programs to our weekly schedule! 🐸💪

With these additions, our updated class schedule is now in effect. Beginning August 1st, all Middle School & High School practices will transition back to 90-minute sessions to maximize training and development, with the exception of Sunday Funday, which will remain the same.

We’re excited to keep building something special for wrestlers of all ages and experience levels. See you on the mat!

Introducing Tadpoles Wrestling (Ages 3–6)! 🐸

We’re beyond excited to have Isaiah & Elijah Cortez leading our newest program!

Not only are they California State Champions, US Open Champions, and incoming Cornell wrestlers, but they’re even better people than they are athletes. Their work ethic, humility, patience, and love for the sport make them the perfect role models for our youngest wrestlers.

Our Tadpoles program is all about building confidence, coordination, discipline, and having fun in a safe, positive environment. We couldn’t ask for two better coaches to help your child fall in love with wrestling.

📅 Starting Sunday, July 26
🗓️ Wednesdays: 5:30–6:15 PM
🗓️ Sundays: 1:15–2:00 PM
Boys and Girls Ages 3–6
