🚨 GIRLS WRESTLING IS HERE 🚨

We’re excited to officially launch our Girls Only Wrestling Program led by Kate Zavuholnik!

Starting July 3rd, girls of all ages and experience levels will have a dedicated training environment to learn, grow, compete, and build confidence alongside other female wrestlers.

⏰ 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

✅ Included with Junior Frogs Membership
✅ Included with MS/HS Membership
✅ Girls-Only Membership Available: $75/month

Whether you’re headed to Fargo, preparing for summer competition, or just looking to get high-level work in, this practice is for you.
