Happy Sunday everyone!

Here's episode three of some unscripted thoughts I figured I'd share.

Sorry we've been quiet - life's been a lot recently! But, we're still working hard, we just haven't been able to do much with social media.

Hi all, happy Sunday! Sam here.

I recorded this last week during the spring of deception (ie when the weather was warm and before the temperature plummeted and it snowed again 🤦🏾) and it still rings true.

I fully admit that I have very little bandwidth for social media and therefore haven't been showing up online nearly as much as I'd like to. That being said, I'm still answering messages and we are beautifully busy at the gym!

For us it's the equivalent of our Monday and it started out with a shock - we don't have hot water at home! We're certainly not cold plunge fans over here. Hard no, no thank you.

Happy weekend everyone!

Sorry we've been quiet here- we've been putting our bandwidth into work and life, with little left for social media. We'll be back to posting regularly eventually but for today, please help us roast ABEB supporter . He was the last person on the plane and cut it rather close, with only 12 minutes to go before the boarding door closed.

Are you team "arrive early, less stress" or team "cut it close, take chances"? We're going to soak up some sunshine (despite the record low temperatures!) and we'll be back to the gym on Tuesday!

Happy Saturday all!

We hope you are all staying warm, as winter has come in hot and heavy here in the northeast!

Here's a quick time lapse of our winter storm prep at the homestead. As usual, we're enjoying some , ensuring our feathered friends have plenty of feed before the storm (this should last us about six weeks).

Just a reminder, we'll be closed Sunday, December 28-Thursday, January 1 for our family holiday. We will be back Friday, January 2.

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Today, I (Sam) am spending my day at , completing the last few CPR/AED and first aid recertifications for their staff.

Did you know that ABEB started out as a dream? One night in the spring of 2024, I had a VERY vivid dream that I had started a business called AnyBody & EveryBody and was teaching CPR all over the planet! 🌏
I woke up the next morning and wrote the name down - I knew it was something special!

While ABEB has transformed its primary purpose, I still teach CPR and first aid to many local organizations! If you're looking for a class, please reach out. I teach both community (bystander) courses, as well as BLS and ACLS (and more)! I am an ASHI Level 4 instructor and can teach many different classes.
