State tourney canceled. Great season and the boys were peaking at the right time. Would have been a fun weekend, but some things are bigger than sports.

Spectators have been banned from NY state youth hockey tournament this weekend. Valley games will be available online for free.

NYSAHA has arranged to provide free television coverage of the games through HockeyTv.com, for all three facilities and games. Go to HockeyTv and register for a free account, and once they have active accounts they can log on to HockeyTv and go to the events tab, where they will be able to view the games for free.

Central section Tier II regular season champions Valley 05 team dinner at Ithaca Beer Co. after wins today over Ithaca and Elmira. When you hear people talk about hockey family - it’s real and this is ours. Thank you to all the parents, siblings and grandparents that make it special.
