This week's we are talking about your lunges. With a it's important to keep your shoulders over your hips. When adding weight to these movements it can sometimes shift the focus of the movement. This week we've added a Zercher style hold to the movement. by design the hold was meant to cause more engage ment in your back. You can of course step the weight down to lessen this effect or simply rear load it. watch the video for more details

We also talk about our squat to alligator 🐊 retraction. This move is a superset style that can sometimes be combined into one movement. So take care to separate them for more details check out the video!

2) Aiming for a 4 count to full extension
3)Start with your chin above the bar
