Every Way Fitness Every Way Fitness My classes are a mix of low-impact aerobics, step aerobics, body conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and stretching.

I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and I work at the Issaquah Community Center. I teach an aerobics class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, from 8:15 to 9:25, and I am available for Personal Training sessions by appointment. My goal is to prepare my clients to take on whatever physical challenges they choose with confidence an

d ease, whether it's tracking cougars in the mountains, a weekend kayaking trip, a day's gardening, or playing with the grandchildren. Each class is a balanced menu of exercises designed to give a well-rounded workout in a safe, easy to follow format that emphasizes good technique, and working at your own level.
