You don’t actually feel better after a workout… not in the way you think.
It’s not just the movement. It’s the moment you prove to yourself you didn’t cancel.
People often think they feel better because of the workout itself, but a lot of that emotional shift is really:
“I showed up for myself today.”
This is something I work on with my clients also. The mindset piece and building habits that actually stick. I support them in showing up for themselves, even when life gets busy and schedules get full, so they can stay consistent and accountable in a way that feels realistic.
That’s the part worth paying attention to.
Keep making time for that.
