9/11 - 25 years. Today we held presence strongly - the power of being here now, the feeling of not just our own heartbeat, but the person's beside us.
We had the awareness of the simple gift of existing here. Remembering how quickly life can change, and the intention of never taking the ordinary for granted.

What if we approached practice like a playground? Life can feel heavy with tons of checklists, but yoga provides so many opportunities to release all that.
Try something new and see what happens. Take yourself to your edge or take yourself away from it. So wobble in that balance and smile at it. Don't judge it. Remember each time you show up to allow yourself to be creative and free to explore.
No one goes to a playground to master it. Yoga invites us to come back home to ourselves, and that's where the magic happens.
