Happy National Wildlife Day from Henrys Lake State Park! 🏔️🦅
Henrys Lake State Park sits on the shores of a world-famous fishery, but it is also a vital mountain refuge for Idaho’s high-country wildlife.
Wildlife conservation is crucial to protecting this high-alpine ecosystem from being disrupted by heavy summer recreation. We can support our wild neighbors by storing food securely to keep bears wild, leaving nesting birds undisturbed along the shore, and packing out all trash. 🐻
