Another look at choke options while pulling an attacker off of a victim . Chokes take time to perfect. Like anything. So, step by step build your choke. So under stress , your only options are a solid finish. If it fails, you re adjust , and re adjust until it is done, or until others come to help subdue the attacker. Somebody's life could depend on it.

A man flew over a judges desk , got on top of her and started beating her...so, tonight, we said ..hmmm what would we do here ..we applied the rear naked choke. Keep training guys. God bless
