The first day of Glow Up White Out Week at Karate USA Strong in Iselin, NJ brought all the energy!

Our students arrived dressed in all white and neon, grabbed their glow sticks and transformed an ordinary martial arts class into a glowing celebration of confidence, focus, friendships and back-to-school excitement.

But the brightest thing in the room wasn’t the neon.
