Something to look forward to 🦃Thanksgiving weekend & anyone can join in! Here’s how! ⬇️

Just make sure you’re on our 💌 newsletter list! We send out weekly updates to our members plus tips for anyone on a journey to becoming a healthier stronger version of themselves.

Tomorrow’s weekly email with have instructions to take part in a virtual Turkey Trot 5K 🏃🏻‍♀️on your own, or this year we added a Turkey WOD 🏋🏽‍♀️for those wanting a strength challenge!

Follow the steps in tomorrow’s email and complete this challenge over Thanksgiving weekend! We’ll select a 🥳 lucky lux member who completes the challenge and checks in for some new lux swag and fun healthy product samples that we are SUPER EXCITED about!

Sooo which will it be? 5K, WOD or both?! We’re planning on doing BOTH! 👊🏼🎉

All for literally less than $1 a day.

If you miss being able to get to the fun studio classes, or you can’t go as often as you’d like.. this is our way of keeping that awesome community plus extra accountability & coaching at home.

You guys, with everyone’s schedules these days, I just cannot get there. But I love working out with my girls and don’t want to miss out. Oh and I have like maybe 30 minutes a day to do it. So if that’s you, too… we are your people!

Would love to see you at a local workout this weekend for a good cause! Please share!

BODYWEIGHT & BANDS BOOTCAMP
At Women's Faith & Fitness event at Community Church.
Classes at 9am and 11am. Cost $15 which includes two 30 minute classes (they have a variety to pick from) & an awesome keynote speaker around 10am. You can attend as much or as little of the event as you'd like. All proceeds go toward feminine hygiene kits distributed during environmental and socioeconomic disasters. All are welcome.

How about instead of ✨new year new you✨, it’s just YOU / US choosing healthier habits more consistently & learning a new trick or two to feel our best? We’re so excited for our 2023 kick off challenge for a few reasons…

✨A whole new community / challenge app is being added to our membership area to take our accountability & support to the next level in January!

✨We’re going beyond workouts and adding a wellness component this month that’s more than our basic healthy habits we typically focus on…especially talking about simple steps to clean up / detox your diet / lifestyle & rebalance your body. Much of this was intended to be part of a separate coaching program…but we’re sharing it this month just to go above & beyond cus we love you & appreciate your support & want to get 2023 off to an awesome start!

✨ And all new killer workouts are of course on the way, too! (Add that to the 400+++ that are already in our library.)

If you’ve needed a kick in the butt, you’ve been meaning to jump back in, or you’ve been watching from the sidelines wanting to try it…now is the time more so than ever before. We don’t HAVE TO workout. We GET TO move our bodies. It’s privilege. Never take it for granted. What are you writing in your “gratitude box” today?
