**BAND ON THE BARGE!**

The newest favorite addition to your 4th of July weekend festivities!

FRIDAY, July 3rd
5:30-8:30pm

*Located in Carter's Creek out on the water in front of the Rappahannock River Yacht Club

The public is invited to enjoy the fun musical performance by the Crain Brothers Band out on the water by any kind of vessel, be that boat, dinghy, kayak, jet ski, paddle board... etc! We can't wait to see you out on the water!
(The RRYC dock and land surrounding will be available to members only).

This special event is sponsored by the Rappahannock River Yacht Club and H&G Marine Contracting!

Come jam with us to kick off an epic weekend of huge milestone celebrations for the Rappahannock River Yacht Club's 90th Anniversary, as well as the 250th Anniversary of the USA!!

Lights on the Creek Holiday Boat Parade!
Saturday, Nov 25
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm RRYC open to the public to enjoy hot cider and cookies while viewing the parade
7:00 pm After Party for club members, parade participants, and guests. Cost: $25/person BYOB

Participating boats will gather in Gaskins Cove (near Custom Yachts) at 5pm and will depart starting at 5:30. The parade will travel past the Yacht Club and on down past the Tides Inn, where it will then disperse. Boaters can then follow the lead boat back as far as the club if they wish.

The first PHRF race of the season on Saturday was a good shake down for 9 boats which encountered south winds of 18+ knots and sustained gusts mid 20s and higher. It took 3 times to get the group selfie because we were rocking & rolling so much!

Wednesday night was the First Typhoon race of the spring series. 15 Typhoons sailed out!
