I have been an athlete all my life, and come from an athletic family, so fitness came second nature for me. People have asked me how have i been able to transform my

body from slim to muscular and how have I been able to maintain it. Anything a person is consistent with, he or she has no choice but to excel at. Thats what I try to instill into all my clients CONSISTENCY!!!! After being consistent and the client start seeing results, the next step is MAINTENANCE!!! Being able to maintain what you have accomplished is extremely important. It allows you to live a better more productive life, and be confident in how you live your life. The change starts on the inside when the person makes a decision to change.....the results show on the outside.

Weight loss like this can either take 3 to 5 weeks, or 3 to 5 months, or 3 to 5 years…. has a lot to do with how focused you are on what works, not on what you are comfortable with…. Comfort will keep you in the same place, comfort…the invisible prison that’s so comfortable, it doesn’t let you realize you’re in a prison…(I’m talking about laziness, procrastination, excuses) those all breed from pride..

Keep the goal the same, change the priorities though….yea losing weight is great…but you ever have less knee and hip pai...

Keep the goal the same, change the priorities though….yea losing weight is great…but you ever have less knee and hip pain? How about better sleep….how about more energy without caffeine shots…how about clearer thinking? How about less inflammation and cyst’s? All that come from being intentional, and listening to the program you paid for 🤷🏽‍♂️ simple as that…everyone gets old…but not everyone keeps there independence…this client isn’t old, but she’s adding years back to her life 💪🏽…..

I may not show it as much, but I still have clients, six days out the week…. and we are still seeing results on this end...

I may not show it as much, but I still have clients, six days out the week…. and we are still seeing results on this end…. this particular client is in the middle of her journey, and she is doing great… we got about 30 or 40 more pounds to go, but I can guarantee you it will be off in about another 3 to 4 months…. at the end of the day God is great…. and your body is as consistent as you are…keep it up client 😉💪🏽💪🏽

Let’s be realistic….can a person see results like this every week?🤔 the answer is YES! Absolutely….you have to be willing to unlearn the wrong and adopt what your body needs….which is structure….NO ONE IS HEALTHY BY ACCIDENT. It takes being intentional….did you get your degree by accident? How about your car? Did you get into a relationship by mistake? (Some of y’all did 🤧😂) but either way, your intentions and actions dictate the outcome!!

If you’re doing paused reps for any exercise
1.) Go lighter weight, I normally do 12 plates (regular) for paused I went 4
2.) if using this machine have you toes hanging off and sticking up
3.) push with the heal to emphasize the blood pumping to the quads and glutes
4.) pause at the bottom (I do 3 count in my head)
5.) be sure to breathe (very important) paused reps are harder
-Tension under time or time under tension lol whatever you call it, helps with creating a good pump and building strength in the body part you’re working on…

Benefits of Nut Milk…listen, learn, like, share…also Nut milk (in my experience) is easier for digestion…making it easier for you body to absorb nutrients and be able to get rid of what it doesn’t need quicker
