The class is open to everyone, and all fitness levels are welcome! Feel free to bring a friend or family member and come Step Up with us for a great cause.

One of the things I love most about this country is that people come from all different backgrounds, yet somehow we all find ways to build communities, create opportunities, and make a place feel like home.

Today is for family, friends, backyard BBQs, fireworks, and taking a moment to appreciate the freedoms and opportunities we often take for granted.

Ok guys… what was THAT?! 😭🔥

Thank you for the most epic day—for the gifts, the laughs, the chaos (yes, I saw everything 😂), and most importantly, your presence. Honestly, I don’t just have friends… I have a whole circus and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

You already know you’re the best people I could ever wish to be around. I’m so grateful to have you in my life and for all the memories we’re creating together (and for the ones I’ll probably need reminders about tomorrow 🤣).

It truly meant the world to celebrate with each and every one of you. My heart is full… and so is my camera roll.

And once again, happy birthday to all my fellow Aries… we don’t do calm, we do FIRE 🔥♈️
