Throwback to my very first strongman competition. I love competing in all strength sports but this one was definitely my favorite competition!
It was fun, got to do it with my stepdad, and took home 1st!

Can’t wait to be ready to compete in something again!

I wore my knee sleeves around my shins and inside out for this deadlift rep max event!

All of my clients no matter their age, abilities, or goals learn how to properly hinge. It is so important in every day life and in the gym to learn to hinge. Here is a client who is in their 70’s performing an amazing hinge. We do this to help strengthen his back, hips, and knees and to teach him proper movement patterns!
