Everyone wants the results but no one wants to put in the work. Now I am not talking about working out, I’m talking about the work outside the gym.
Too many of you brag about meal prepping and working out and I’m going to count calories, I’m going to do this and that and when it comes to doing it….. NOTHING!
Your fitness journey depends on your consistency, not only with working out but with your nutrition and cardio.
It’s not about working out harder, it’s about being smarter with your choices!
Don’t expect results if you are putting in half A$$ work. Ask yourself, are you really giving it your all? Are you committing like you said you will are you staying on top of your nutrition on the weekends.

I was never much for new years resolutions but around the start of 2020 I was just tired of my own excuses for the things that were wrong in my life. I was over 300 pounds and generally at the mercy of my own depression and anxiety. I made a pledge to be a better version of myself everyday, one day at a time. By the end of the COVID lockdowns, I was ready to take that transformation to the next step and I was referred over to Turna Fitness. I started with Kevin and Reem once a week, then twice a week, 3 times a week, and eventually I had the tools, strength, and motivation to incorporate my physical well being into the routine of my daily life. I'm down 100 pounds over 2 years, and I have so many people to thank but it really started at Turna Fitness. Thank you for making me the best version of myself, and I know there are even better versions to come.
