What I love most isn't the ride itself. It's how cycling brings together an incredible group of people from different backgrounds, experiences, and professions who all share a passion for two wheels, good company, and making memories. The miles build fitness, but the friendships are what keep us coming back.

Another great day in the saddle with the TRU Cycling! The heat was relentless, but everyone dug deep, stayed strong, and kept pushing through the miles. It's inspiring to see the steady improvement across the group, stronger legs, better endurance, and growing confidence with every ride.

Days like today remind us that progress doesn't happen in perfect conditions. It happens when you show up, put in the work, and support each other through the tough miles.

A huge shoutout to Lamppost Pizza Irvine for being the perfect post-ride stop. Nothing hits better after a hot ride than an ice-cold b**r 🍺 and great pizza 🍕 with friends. Thanks for helping us refuel and celebrate another successful day on the bike!
