She is a certified, 200 hour RYT instructor through Life Power Yoga and has taught yoga in various styles for over six years!

Cheri has been a yoga practitioner since 2014. Ever since, she has committed her life to helping others discover their passion in yoga.

We are pleased to announce that Daray Hill is the new Personal Training Manager at The Griffin Club.

Daray Hill played college basketball at Colombia Union College and began his career as a personal trainer in New York.

Daray specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching.

Out-FitNRG Instructor Shoutout!

S/O to for placing 2nd in her Powerlifting Competition last weekend. This was Rebecca’s second ever Powerlifting Competition where she brought home the 2nd place medal in the 60kg weight class. We are extremely proud of her accomplishment and look forward to her success in future competitions.

Rebecca teaches Yoga, Yoga/Cardio Sculpt and is a Personal Trainer at The Griffin Club. We are grateful to have her on our Instructor Team!

We would like to welcome Sarah Jayne Bradbury to our Out-FitNRG Instructor Team!

Sarah has a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. She applies the knowledge she gleaned from both her masters in public health and her background as a NASM corrective exercise specialist to develop efficient and creative fitness programs for every “body”. In addition, she is also a certified ACE group fitness instructor, and has her Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification, as well. Sarah Jayne uses a number of different modalities, including but not limited to HIIT/circuit training, Mat Pilates, SUP yoga, and/or dance cardio to help her clients attain their fitness goals. By breaking down exercises in a creative way, she teaches her clients how to easily apply and integrate healthy fitness habits into their daily routine. 

Sarah will be teaching classes at The Resort at Pelican Hill
