Meet Teresa and Chris — a Co-Op Pilates mother-son duo. Teresa first discovered Pilates over 20 years ago as a complement to her weight training routine and quickly fell in love with the strength, flexibility, and mental clarity it brought to her life. Inspired by his mom’s passion for Pilates, Chris joined her for and found his own appreciation for the workout’s ability to build core strength, balance, and confidence. Together, they share how Pilates has positively impacted both their physical and mental well-being.

Meet !
Lisa walked into Co-Op Pilates on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, and never looked back! Consistent since (literally) day 1, Lisa has become a pillar of our community. Known for her in-class pig tails (a great way to keep your hair during class!) and matching socks and pants, she is a joy to be around. Lisa’s hard work has paid off in the over 700 classes she’s taken, parlaying her strength into her active lifestyle. Let’s show Lisa some love! ❤️
