On Sunday during the sight-in, TV-6 Marquette reporter Julia Seitz stopped for a visit. She braved the long snowy drive to check it out.

Attention future hunters! The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will be hosting a Hunter Safety Field Day on Sunday November 2nd, from 1p-5pm CST in Wakefield.

Pre-registration is required. More information can be found here:

The main purpose of the hunter education field day course is to provide an alternative to the traditional course. This course is the same as the traditional hunter education course; however, the classroom portion is completed by an online training.
