🤼‍♂️ NO PRACTICE TODAY • REMEMBER & HONOR 🇺🇸There will be no wrestling practice today as we close our doors to observe Memorial Day.Today, our academy steps off the mats to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We are deeply grateful for their service and legacy.Enjoy the day with your families, reflect on the true meaning of this day, and be ready to work hard when we return.Standard practice schedules will resume tomorrow.

-Practice Cancellation-
Coach Willie’s household is sick so we are going to take the day to rest. We tried to make sure we were tip top shape for practice today but we are still feeling under the weather 🤧 today. We will see everyone on Tuesday sorry for the inconvenience.

We had a short session with a small group of wrestlers this afternoon. Lots of footwork and speed and agility training. But due to low numbers we are going to end our session early today. We will see you all on Tuesday for our regular session practice. If you are interested in joining please come try out for free, everyone is welcome and 4-18 years old.

Great first practice today for freestyle and Greco!! Was taking to the kids about this clip when we are talking about iconic high amplitude throwers in the game right now. We have plenty of room for more kids on that mat to learn some sweet moves and put yourself ahead of next years competition. Are you brave enough to come try it!!
