How long have you been doing CrossFit?
A little over 2 years

Favorite Quote

“It’s your fitness.” (what zach says to me probably everyday when i’m complaining because he knows it will guilt me into doing whatever I’m complaining about)

Goals:
I really want to do a muscle up but that is most likely on hold until I have my baby lol

Favorite Moment:
Competing with my best friends and somehow weaseling our way to first place. I’ll never forget that feeling. Or when Dave told me I can’t do burpees while I’m pregnant. 🤪

Favorite Movement:
Laying in the floor after the workout is finished is by far my favorite part of every morning. Or anything gymnastics related. I used to be a gymnast and so it’s the only time I feel like I actually hold my own in a class of athletes.

What do you like about CrossFit?
That my pants still fit regardless of the amount of pasta I consume because of the calories we burn lol
No, in all reality, it’s the people I workout with everyday. People that were strangers to me not too long ago have made it impossible to carry on without them (literally - I live in the basement of one of those ex-strangers at the moment. you’re the realest, thoose)
