The final bits of swag are arriving and we’re super excited for next week!
One of the things I’m most grateful for is that we keep adding vendors to the Expo, including a new food truck. Lakes Area Food Truck is new to the area, but has been operating in the Phoenix, AZ area for eight years. They’re talking about serving both breakfast and lunch on Saturday which is good news for the Bikes & Coffee hangout that morning.
Bring a cool bike (new or old) and ease into the morning by ogling some mountain bike classics.

DIRTY DOZEN ENDURANCE CHALLENGE

Find the orange boxes, get the punch, and turn in by 5 o’clock Saturday at the reg tent.
5 punches gets one entry, all 12 (not ten as the card says, oops) gets you three entries into Saturday Nights drawing.

Howdy,
This is Jeff, your Event Director for the Midwest Mountain Bike Fest. A few years ago my partner and I fulfilled a longtime dream and purchased a cabin near our favorite MTB trails. We love this area and soon after began brainstorming ways to contribute to the community, bring all of our far flung friends together, and support the good work of the Trail Crew. Thus the Midwest MTB Fest was born.

Last year was a great proof of concept, and this year we’re dramatically raising the bar! Better location, better programming, vintage MTB rides and show and way bigger parties. We can’t wait to show you a great time, provide an opportunity for you to meet (and ride with) the folks behind your favorite brands, support the local businesses and raise money for maintenance and trail development!

⚡️GOOD NEWS EVERYONE⚡️
The Festival is moving to the heart of the trail system! We’ll now be setup at the Miners Mountain Rally Center. This is a huge win as there’s a beautiful beach, running water, skills courses, a kid friendly zone, and amazing trail access.
Very stoked on this development.

Trail Builder’s Bash - Presented by

The Trail Builder’s Bash, presented by the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Crew, is the official Saturday night gathering of the Midwest Mountain Bike Festival and the Crew’s annual fundraiser.

Date: June 20 | 5 - 10 p.m.
Location: Trailside Tavern | Crosby, MN
FREE & Open to the Public | Family-friendly
Fundraising Goal: $15,000 to support trail maintenance, volunteer programs, and future trail development in Cuyuna.

More than just a party, this is a chance to give back to the trails you love to ride. Build it. Ride it. Celebrate it.

WHAT’S HAPPENING
Live Music:
Raffle Prizes: Bikes, SRAM components, adventure packages, and more
Activities: Bike Track Stand Contest and other fun challenges (TBD)
Food & Beverages: Trailside Tavern menu available, with a portion of select items and drinks supporting the Crew

Your participation directly funds the trails you ride and the volunteers who build and maintain them. Whether you’re here to ride, party, or just celebrate the community, the Trail Builder’s Bash is the place.

We’re celebrating the culture of mountain bikes and we encourage y’all to bring out your old iron for the fest. Klunkers, 80’s, 90’s etc. Ride them to the party on Friday and to Bikes & Coffee Saturday morning for a hangout before the Rim Brake Ride.
