🌞The sun has been shining! The grey skies are beginning to lessen, and the days are getting longer! 🪻That means it’s almost BOATING SEASON! 🚤Thanks to a very mild winter, we’ve been under construction all winter, and we are excited about the new season! You may still notice that things are being worked on… that because we always want to improve your space! 🥰We will be ready to open! We are happy to see our returning customers and welcome new ones! Please send us a PM if you are interested in pricing for the season. 🤝🏼

Hello everyone! Boating season will be quickly approaching! We’ve been under construction all winter and will be continuing our repairs to the Newport. We will be opening on April 14th, and ready to welcome our boaters. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Happy Friday, Boaters! We wanted to reach out to give you an update on the marina. You may have noticed that there is a lot of construction going on. At this time, the marina is getting a face lift and is not currently open. We are anticipating opening by mid June. We will keep you posted! At this time, there is no room for storing boats on land, or in the parking lot. There are docks being worked on and much of the parking lot is being used by equipment, docks and materials. We will update the Facebook when we are accepting boaters into the marina. Thank you for your patience and continued patronage. We are looking forward to summer, and the marina being fully open!

Hello everyone as the season gets closer, we’re starting to fill slips again! We assign slips in a first come first serve basis. The price has gone up a little …it’s $72 per foot. We’re still the cheapest on the bay with the deepest water!

TO ALL MARINA MEMBERS-
Please remember that the boat launch is NOT open for use all day, every day. Each of you were furnished with a set of rules and regulations, they are also posted in the door of the boat house, as well as published on this page.

In the rules, it clearly states that the launch is used by RSM employees only, Rule # 30. When you signed your contract, you were told to please ask any clarifying questions. While we want to support your summer fun, we are also charged with keeping your boats and the marina safe. Which means, the launch cannot be accessible to the public.

Rob has been trying to get back to people ASAP about the lock. If you cannot get ahold of him, there is a public launch down the north end of the bay.

Please be sure to reread your rules and continue to ask clarifying questions. We want you to have the best experience!

🌞It’s a beautiful day on the Irondequoit Bay!!! We are very happy to share that we are nearly sold out for this year! We have three slips left! 🤝We will be working really hard through the summer and fall to get more docks up and running for next summer! 🌊

🗣For all Marina Members- the grass IS NOT a parking area! Also, please do not drive your vehicle down to the dock. This goes for those on C dock. You may not drive, and park, your vehicle passed the parking area and park by the dock. All vehicles should be parked on the parking lot. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.🤝

📣As we are beginning the boating season, this is a friendly reminder that the RSM Newport Marina is a private marina.📣
✅There are several private property, and towing signs posted. Our lot is monitored. If you are not a member of the Marina, you are likely to be towed. ✅The Marina property starts pretty much right after you get passed the gated community. Once you are down the hill, where you can see the RSM Newport Marina sign- you are on property.
🛑You may not park up the hill and walk down to get on boat of a non member. You will be towed.
🛑 You may not use our launch for any reason! Even out members are not allowed to use the launch without prior notice and authorization. No exceptions.
🛑You may not launch your canoe, kayak, or any other personal device from the launch, or any of the docks. We understand that we do not own the water- but we do own the land you walk on to get to the water! It is private property.
🛑 Our bathrooms, are also private. That is why there is a code. If you do not know the code, you are not meant to use them.

📣We have to protect our property and the property of our Marina Members. If you are unsure about any of the concerns, send us a message. We would rather you have accurate information, than have your car towed! No one needs that headache.
