🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ LinzanityFit athletes had an incredible day at Finger Lakes Silver Triathlon yesterday!
rolled with every punch the day threw her way, trusted the process, paced steadily, and came away with 1st in her age group! 🥇
Rudy showed up with his classic “let’s get it” attitude and party energy. He executed our race plan at the faster end of the goal range and took home 1st in his age group! 🥇
earned 3rd in her age group after battling a stomach bug just days before race day. We shifted into full recovery mode leading into the race, and she showed up with a positive attitude and executed beautifully. Every time I saw her, she was smiling ear to ear! 🥉
came away with 1st in her age group and 6th female overall just a few weeks after racing the Segahunda 72-mile event! 🥇
raced with a calm confidence and a “I’ve got this” mindset. She soaked in every moment of the day, especially during the swim where she always seems to find her flow state, and finished 4th in her age group.
completed her very first Olympic-distance triathlon with her family there cheering her on and topped it off with 1st in her age group! 🥇
What I’m most proud of isn’t the podiums, it’s the way this crew shows up for each other.
From Jess jumping in to do sign language at the athlete briefing, to sharing the what-to-do for pre and post race tidbits, to all of them cheering each other on the course to celebrating at the finish line, these athletes embody what the endurance community is all about.
Results are fun, but watching people gain confidence, overcome challenges, and support one another is why I love coaching. ❤️
Help me congratulate these amazing athletes!! 👏
