I’ve learned a lot since moving to the U.P.; like welding, lawn care, and how to make engines work

I’ve also learned that I am very allergic to *something* that blooms in spring. Ya boy has been going through it last week, so I’m sorry if I’ve been spotty. Just thought I’d put it out there: I still like you, and the gym is doing things. Getting back to the breathing ability first though 💝

So I made a big stupid; and I will actually be out of town tomorrow. When you have lots of plans, sometimes you forget one.

Tomorrow’s classes are ‘Chest, Triceps, Abs’ and ‘Full Lower-Body’. I can’t say they are IN FACT the thickest workouts I’ve ever made, but I’d say I’m within two yards of it 👍

Plus, I hear Iron County’s #1 DJ/Trainer will be leading the classes! Lucky you!
