🍂⚾ **FALL BALL UPDATE** ⚾🍂

We’re getting closer to kicking off Fall Ball, and we still need coaches in ALL baseball divisions, as well as at least one coach for Pitching Machine Softball. If you’re interested in coaching, please reach out!

📢 **A quick note about tonight’s Open Board Meeting:**
Tonight’s meeting will NOT include detailed Fall Ball team or schedule information. The meeting will include general Fall Ball announcements, such as the number of registrants, along with the other items typically covered during an Open Board Meeting.

📅 **Fall Ball schedules and teams are being finalized NOW.** The schedule is expected to be reviewed and, hopefully, approved later today. Once approved, coaches will be notified of their teams.

📲 **Parents — please be aware:**
As the Fall Ball coordinators enter teams and schedules into the system, you may receive an automatic system email today or tomorrow indicating that your child has been moved onto a team. This is an automatic system notification and does NOT mean you need to contact anyone or that all team details have been communicated yet.** Please wait until you hear directly from your child’s coach for complete information.

Coaches will be expected to reach out to each player’s family by Friday with all of the important details, including:

⚾ Team introduction
👕 Uniform information
📅 Game schedule
🏃 Practice information
📋 Any other team-specific details

Well, registration closed this morning but we’ve had a few requests for a couple of more hours so we’ve opened it back up. You’ve got till midnight tonight to register! Ready, set, GO!!
