Join us for Barre Burn with our new instructor, Susan, beginning Monday, July 15!

📅 Mondays
⏰ 10:00–10:45 AM
📍 Studio A, Ipswich YMCA

Barre Burn combines light weights and bodyweight exercises with small, controlled movements and high repetitions to create the burn that helps build strength, endurance, and confidence.

✨ Expect a full-body workout that targets everything from your core and glutes to your arms and legs. Feel the burn, embrace the challenge, and discover what you’re capable of!

PopUp Special Class 🪭Tai Chi Winnowing Fan 🪭 FRIDAY, June 12th, 9-9:45 in Studio A @ Ipswich YMCA. Instructor, Steven, will be demonstrating the beautiful technique and movement of Tai Chi using fans. *Sweeping or circling the fan in a broad, flowing motion.
* Coordinating the fan movement with weight shifting and turning of the waist.
* Emphasizing relaxation, balance, and whole-body connection. ☀️Registration is Required and Space is Limited to only 15 for this PopUp.
