Jr Warriors Girls Basketball

Jr Warriors Girls Basketball Basketball program for 3rd grade through 8th grade girls who will attend CR Washington High School This program is 100% volunteer based.

The Jr Warrior Girl's Basketball program is offered to 3rd - 8th graders who will attend Washington High School. The program encourages youth to be the best they can be on and off the court, build friendships, encourage respect, and work together resulting in growth as both athletes and youth in our community. The mission of the Cedar Rapids Washington High School Jr Warriors Basketball Program is

to provide future Warrior student athletes a foundation of confidence, optimism, self-worth, and resilience. This core foundation is built to allow young student athletes to develop leadership skills, practice and exhibit good sportsmanship, display respect for all, and give them the opportunity to reach their highest potential within the Warrior Community.

Then the Varsity Girls made a surprise visit before practice at Carver-Hawkeye to take pictures and interact with the girls to show their appreciation.
