🍀 Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

Feeling lucky after an awesome Irish spin class this morning! Huge thank you to Melissa for bringing the energy, the fun, and just the right amount of “shamrock shake” to our ride 🚴‍♀️💚

Nothing like starting the day with a great workout, good music, and even better people. We’re so grateful for all you do, Melissa—today was pure gold at the end of the rainbow! 🌈✨

🚨 THURSDAY NIGHT SPIN CREW 🚨

Spin class is officially CANCELLED this Thursday night… and before you panic — no, we did not lose our love for cardio.

We’re trading in cycling shoes for dancing shoes to get everything ready for Grafton Adult Prom: Catalina Wine Mixer Edition! 💃🕺

Consider this your cross-training opportunity:
• Dance floor intervals
• Laugh-until-your-abs-hurt core work
• Carrying drinks = arm day
• Staying up past 10 PM = endurance training

So while the bikes take a night off, we expect to see you dressed up and ready to party instead. If you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet… what are you even doing with your life?! 😜

Come for the comedian at 7 PM, stay for the live band, and let’s make this the most fun “rest day” ever.

We’ll be back in the saddle next week — but this Thursday, we prom prep! 🎉
