For those of you who home school or parents who have little with them during the day at home- we still have swim lesson openings!!😳
(As of now these spots are what is still available)

* 8-Noon (Piper)

* 6:30 GROUP 5-7yo (Polly)

**Tuesday:**
* starting at 10:30 AM (Sophia)
* 2:30,3:00, 4:00 (Katie)
* 7:30 PM & 8:00 PM (Piper)

**Wednesday:**
* 10:30AM-2:00 PM (Piper)
* 11:00 AM-3:30 PM (Sophia)
* 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00 PM (Katie L)

**Thursday:**
*10:00,10:30,11:00,11:30 AM ,12:00,12:30,1:00,1:30,2:00,2:30,3:00 PM (Sophia)
* 6:30-7:00 PRE-TEAM (coach Michael)

**Friday:**
* 10-Noon (Piper)

**Saturday:**
* Parent and Pal 10AM (Katie)

**Sunday**
* 12:00 every other starting Sept 13th(Piper)
* 6 & 6:30-close ( Polly) starting September 20

Sadly, we have to say goodbye to one of our long-time and beloved group fitness instructors, Molly Adams, as she begins an exciting new chapter and moves out of state for a new job.

Molly has been an incredible asset to our group fitness team for more than a decade. Over the years, she has inspired and encouraged countless members through her BodyPump and BodyStep classes, always bringing her positivity, energy, and enthusiasm to every class.

Molly is so much more than an amazing instructor. She is kind, encouraging, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the doors of her classes and NDAC. Her impact on our members, our staff, and our fitness community will be felt long after she leaves.

We know that whatever fitness center is lucky enough to have Molly next will quickly discover what we have known for years — they are gaining an incredibly talented instructor and, even more importantly, an amazing person. ❤️

Thank you, Molly, for more than a decade of dedication, passion, and countless memories at NDAC. We will miss you tremendously, but we are so excited for you and wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter! We are cheering you on every step of the way! 🥰💪❤️

North Dodge Athletic Club has space for Rent: 85 sq ft. Free laundry on site. Utilities included. Has been used as a massage studio but could be used for other health related businesses. You can decorate the room however you would like. $325/month. Please email [email protected] if interested.
