We will be hosting a free "Learn to Lift Day" at the Feldman Performance gym. Join us for an hour of learning about Olympic weightlifting, trying out the lifts, and watching current class members at Feldman Performance lift some heavy weight.

We welcome all ages and skill levels!

When: Saturday October 30th, 12:00PM - 1:00PM

Where: Feldman Performance Gym in Iowa City

The first 10 individuals who attend and also decide to sign up for the Olympic weightlifting classes will get a free t-shirt.
