Now - January 31st our membership fee is waived to $20.22 for new members to join. Stop by during staffed hours to sign up or grab your gift card for the perfect gift!

Staffed hours are Monday Wednesday Friday 3pm-7pm & Tuesday Thursday 8am-Noon.

As mandated by the state of Louisiana due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Iota Fitness will be temporarily closed as of March 18th, 2020. The safety of our community is our priority. We will be using this time to sanitize/deep clean the gym to make sure it is ready to reopen as soon as allowed. The State of Louisiana will re-evaluate the temporary closure on March 29th, 2020.
