Freezers are getting pretty empty. Be building habitats for several more bears and mammals next week to get them sent home. I'll contact you upon completion, if yours isn't ready should be very soon. Always working on as much as I can. Thank you for the continued patience. Heres a couple of them in progress before the finish work stages.

Custom beaver piece to end the week. 🦫

Have to build habitats on bears this week and a few more of those will be ready to go.
Down to single digits on the deer left to mount. What a good feeling.

Be starting the rest of the bears and another batch of small mammals from the backlog middle of this week once I get few more materials in.

All the 2x4 antler racks have been taken out of the shop and got rid of another empty freezer. If you could see my shop now compared to the last few years, you know the constant progress thats actually been made. Appreciate you all sticking with me, the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.

Another year gone already. Always busy, but always behind. Instead of reflecting back on the last year, Im reflecting back on the last few. As something I started when I was 13 and now going on 32, Taxidermy has been my life, but 2026 will be the end of something I once enjoyed. Bringing memories back to life for other people and sharing the passion for the outdoor lifestyle. As I currently have less deer in my shop than I've had in probably the past 10 following a deer season, in a few more months Ill have no client work left at all. Literally couple thousand pieces of work, in once 9 running chest freezers, is down to one. Everyday something new. Somedays mounting 7 deer all at once. In between working few other part time jobs and raising 2 little kids. I appreciate most everyone of you more than you'll ever know having patience and trust in me to get your mounts back and supporting me. Have been behind on work since the first year full time taking on more work than I ever should of. Even though many pieces had taken far longer than they should of, I have always and will continue to commit to finishing every piece that came in these doors for me to mount. Far too many project pictures of different kinds and species to post them all but heres a few pictures from the last couple years of organized chaos to remember. Thank you.

Still not finished with everything as I had hoped by now but getting there. Wont be long. Sending home pieces constantly. Just sent another 15-20 various species of projects home over the last couple weeks and back to working on more. Have several more drying and pushing another 10 deer a beaver and a moose together this week.
As of now, all of the whitetails in my shop,( except those who have their antlers- 2), all the bears (except Randall and Doug), mule deer and moose shoulder, and a couple small mammals will be completed by the end of January. This will leave me finished with all the (big game) pieces from my backlog. The remaining handful of backlogged small mammals will be completed in the February/March time frame with that being all I have to finish. I know ive had several of these for far too long and I've mentioned many times that i got behind on them trying to clear the 1000 other pieces and antler piles I once had. If you've followed me at all or been in my shop you understand the volume I took on and the amount of work ive actually done by myself over the last several years. Thank you for your continued patience.

Time goes too quick! Constantly working on getting more pieces wrapped up. Last month went slower than I would have liked but onto another batch. If you've been waiting on a whitetail from me, its probably in this current group because theres not many left! Have 22 more deer in the mounting process and a few thats amidst finish work, plus a few more bears and coyote projects coming into completion soon. As stated previously, I am getting very close to the finish line on the backlog and will be CLOSING shop after all customer work gets completed. Every logged job will be completed by the end of this year, maybe even by November. Bugging me 4 days a week is going to get you no where. EVERY mount will be finished with the same quality and project hours as the one before it. I WILL NOT accept any new work going into the fall. Please dont hound me or show up at my door begging me to do so. Shop is by appointment ONLY and I will contact you upon completion with arrangements of picking up your finished piece.

For now, here's a custom black bear pack mount piece that recently went home.
