Most PARENTS are making a HUGE MISTAKE by not putting their KIDS IN GYMNASTICS ‼️ Gymnastics is not just flips and tricks. From my own experience, it builds everything a child needs: discipline, confidence, focus, strength, mobility, and body control. I started when I was very young, and this sport shaped my mindset for life. It taught me how to work hard, how to stay patient, and how to keep going when things get hard.
I truly believe gymnastics is the best base sport for every kid. It helps in almost every other sport later even if it is football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, or even just daily life. Kids learn balance, coordination, flexibility, and how to control their body better than in almost any other activity.
Gymnastics helped me become who I am today. It took me from Poland to the USA, made me a captain, and opened doors I never thought possible. That’s why I believe every child should at least try gymnastics because it can build not only a stronger athlete, but a stronger person. 🔥

Most parents think gymnastics is just flips and tricks… but it’s actually one of the BEST sports for brain development. 🤯🤸‍♂️

Gymnastics teaches kids how to focus, listen, react fast, and control their body at the same time. Every movement builds coordination, discipline, and confidence — skills they use in school and in life. 📚🏆

I truly believe gymnastics gives kids a huge advantage early in life. They become stronger, smarter, and more prepared for challenges.

620 Athletics family!!!!

We are canceling all team practices for today and tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday March 16 and 17th. We will hold make up days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday this week at normal times.

Gold & platinum will be wed, thurs, fri normal times.
L2 & L3, and boys wed, & fri at normal times.
Preteam (aka L1) on thirsday at notmal times.

All rec classes are going to be held as normal for today and tomorrow, Monday & tuesday March 16 and 17th no change there

Coach Lonna is in the hospital in Wichita and Katie is with her when we know more information, We will let you guys know. Please be on the lookout for an email.

I know Lonna and Katie would appreciate all good vibes. Thoughts and prayers sent their way
