Soulful Goddesses Day 2: Walking with the Ancestors 🌿✨
Today, time slowed down. In a world that so often rushes past the sacred, we spent our day honoring the ancient wisdom encoded in the Earth and stones of the Sacred Valley.
We began at Moray, standing above the stunning agricultural terraces where the Incas once listened to the land, experimenting with crops and microclimates in total harmony with nature.
From there, we we amazed at the shimmering, timeless Maras salt pools… a living testament to traditions passed down through generations.
Our incredible guide, Armando, took us deeper into the story at Ollantaytambo. Stepping onto the left side of the massive terraces, you can truly feel the energy of those who walked here centuries ago.
The highlight, though, was stepping into a traditional Quechua house. A grounding, beautiful reminder of community, heritage, and living in connection with the Earth.
We are so deeply grateful for the privilege of conscious travel. To move intentionally, honor local culture, and feel the presence of the ancestors every step of the way.
Full hearts, humbled spirits, and ready for what’s next. 🇵🇪🌾🗿
