The workshop A place of encouragement and dedication...to YOU! Boot camp style workouts with a certified PFT through ISSA. You will get your butt kicked, in a GOOD way!

Come and see me, Kari Gansch, for a 1 hour session 3x's a week, in the evening and/or morning...I also offer 1/1 sessions and boxing. This is a place where I will push you to do your best, be your best and never give up. We will have fun and you will NEVER be bored...come sweat off the stress of your day with me. You won't regret it. Classes include weigh ins, body measurements, and body fat %'s.

I incorporate strength training and cardio...so you will lose weight and tone. YOU are the only one who can make the change...start today! Please message me on here with any questions you may have! Certified Fitness Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Boxing and Self Defense Instructor and Wellness Coach through ISSA. Also have CE certificates in 'Women's Weight Management' and 'Strength and Conditioning for the Combat Athlete', 'Body Image, Self Esteem' and 'Foam Rolling'. The workshop also has a treadmill, elliptical, bike room...along with a 'relaxation' room, that includes heated beach sand to sink your toes into while sitting under mineral heat lamps, a massage chair and far infrared sauna. Essential oil diffuser, salt lamp and voice operated music is also available. Come join us @ the workshop!

We are currently seeking participants aged 10 and above for our upcoming boxing classes.

Prior experience is not a prerequisite. We also extend a warm invitation to our former boxing students. Experienced individuals under the age of 10 who have previously attended our boxing classes are also welcome to enroll.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM. The cost per session is $10, with monthly prepayment required.

Kids 8+ Jiu-jitsu sign-ups are coming soon! Classes are tentatively scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM. We'll post sign-up details once confirmed with Aaron Nordrum . Stay tuned! 🥋💪

Tonight and tomorrow morning is our progressive overload training...

I honestly cannot believe the strides my clients are making.

I also use this with my student athletes!

For over 4 months we've been cycling through different muscle groups! It's old skool and that is what the workshop has ALWAYS been about.

Next week I'll be featuring one my 1/1 clients, along with her stats. It's phenomenal what we've been accomplishing on the mats together!
