You need fat in your diet. Fat transports vitamins and is used to create hormones in the body. Low fat diets are generally unhealthy and have led to much higher levels of sugar (to replace the missing flavor!).
Healthier fats are generally avocado, coconut, and uncooked olive oil.
We need ~20-30%fat, ~20-25% protein and finally ~50% carbohydrates (high fiber veggies and fruit being best) in your daily diet.

= Results!
And, if you feel stuck, try it in reverse. Get up and move, jive, dance, shake, swim, skate, walk, si g, garden (you get the idea)... Notice what thoughts come up, what inspiration floats in.... then from this space and frame of mind, breathe.... and choose, focus, and, go do it!!!
Or, start in the middle. Find some good feeling thoughts or read something that generates some energy or peace or inspiration within you, then again- decide, focus, and go for it!!! 😄✨💕

Why habits are hard to break and why Willpower isn’t the answer
C: Conscious mind- tip of iceberg.
S: Subconscious mind- huge chunk below the surface, infinitely large, taps into the all-knowing Universe for support .

Ship analogy:
C- captain. can only process 5-9 bits of info., makes decisions, willpower, commands S
S- subordinates (crew). stores memories, run the body processes, takes orders (IF and only IF they aren’t in conflict < key point!)

Repetition of a behavior, thought or event will get stored for us by dropping down into the S. The S then runs it Automatically- forming what we call a Habit (our ‘crew’ at work for us)!

But sometimes we need to change directions. Our Life may not be smooth sailing in one or more areas. It may not be easy as our subconscious intended for us.

Our subconscious fights change as it had our best interest at heart with our established habits and body processes. These become inner beliefs and no willpower can override our Subconscious beliefs.
This is why people lose weight for only so long, then gain it back only to reinforce the negative belief which then creates an extra 10 lbs. Gee thx!

So what to do?

Well, Traumatic Emotions can speed things up. However, do you want to experience a potentially deadly titanic event before changing your course in life?

No, most likely not. But this can be an Aha for some people.

Why wait- The good news is there’s another very effective way. It turns out that the mind doesn’t distinguish real from imaginary.

IMAGINATION trumps boring old reliable repetition. It wins! Woohoo!

So Using Imagination coupled with the right emotion is a right brain process that helps us bypass the C and tap into the S for lasting change! Finally.

We CAN re-write our own story and CAUSE different outcomes. Observe your current thoughts, rules and outcomes. If your wants and your outcomes don’t match up- you’ve been using your imagination in the wrong direction or not at all, living at the effect of the winds to steer your ship.

If you’re stuck, often You are in a position where You don’t even know what you don’t know that has been holding you back. And that’s ok.

The truth is there is an amazing treasure within your Subconscious mind. Tapping into this will change you life forever.

Start observing your mind. Jot down your dominant thoughts. Start imagining the best. See what comes up. If negative thoughts/beliefs pop up, question their truthfulness. Demand more.
The Universe IS on your side... Use it wisely.
