This Saturday Nights Top Dog IMCA Modified Race purse will pay a $7,500 purse with $2,000 to win, $1,000 for 2nd, $500 for 3rd, $300 for 4th, $250 for 5th, and $200 to start.

Raced Petaluma last night. Car was way too tight in the heat race. Made some adjustments and drew the pole for the main. Started great led the first 6. laps then a caution for debris. One restart hit a rut in turn to and got passed by two cars. Was running 3rd and got door slammed and spun out on the back straight and car wouldn’t start. Ended our night. We will get her fixed and be ready for our next race on May 6th.

Well we went to Antioch Saturday to pretty much shake the car down after not being ready for the practice days. Night started off bad when car wouldn’t run right in hot laps. Fixed that issue went out for the heat race and throttle pedal broke so missed the heat. Started 19th I’m the main and hung in the back for the first half of the race and then began marching forward for an 11th place finish. Can’t thank my sponsors enough.
