Another great night with IRC! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We were missing a few familiar faces tonight, but they were definitely with us in spirit. Whether you ran, walked, or just showed up for the laughs and good company, we're grateful for everyone who came out and put in the miles.

Don't forget—starting next week we'll be meeting at our new time of **7:00 PM** to help beat the heat! ☀️➡️🌙

Tonight’s run was definitely a tough and sweaty one, but we loved seeing everyone come out and put in the work despite the heat! ☀️💦 Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up and survived the humidity. Whether you ran, walked, jogged, shuffled, or questioned your life choices somewhere between mile 1 and 3… you still showed up and that’s what counts! 😂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Post rain run! So excited for the new faces, returning faces and everyone else. The rain don’t stop us! Cooled the run down some and we just kept going. I’m sure passerby’s were questioning our sanity somewhat.
