What a year! Day 2 of state was cut off short because of weather. So they just took the first days score. Dawson ended up at a tie for 30th. With 94 total golfers! Couldn’t be much happier with how he battled! Congratulations Dawson!

Day 1 complete! Dawson battled all day an shot an 87, which qualified him for day two! He’s sitting in a great position and is looking to finish strong! Tee time at 10:20 tomorrow weather depending.

State Golf Day 1! The goal today is to play solid an safe so we can beat the cut an get to day 2. Dawson is teeing off at Emporia today at 9:10 this morning off hole 10 (15). There will be live scoring posted throughout the day on Kansas golf scores if you would like to be updated. Should be a solid day for golf!

Congratulations Dawson!! He had a great day an battled till the end. He finished 4th overall with a ticket to state! He will be competing next Monday in the 2A Kansas State Tournament in Emporia. Lakin had a great day an competed. Played some of his best golf so far.

Regional bound this early morning. Finish the season strong and let’s get to state! Dawson will be teeing off at 9:00 on hole 1. Lakin will be teeing off at 9:00 as well but on hole 7.

Last Friday we had a day off from golf and went an had some fun. We went and got some ice cream then had a friendly competition of Putt Putt to wind down the year! JV did great this year and improved a ton. Next up is regionals this coming Monday! Let’s get to state!
