16 years ago, it started with no playbook, no polished brand, and no guarantees—just people, a room, and an idea we believed in. ❤️

Today, that idea has become something so much bigger: stronger communities, life-changing transformations, unforgettable relationships, and thousands of people who have walked through our doors and become part of The Camp family.

The equipment changed. The walls changed. The workouts evolved. But the heart behind it never did.

We are incredibly grateful for every member, trainer, staff member, owner, and supporter who helped build this journey one workout, one transformation, and one person at a time.

BEAST OF THE WEEK: ✨ESME✨

A birthday, a few burpees, and one last week…🥳

If you have ever been to the camp, chances are you have crossed paths with her somehow. Maybe she was the one to welcome you in, encourage you throughout a workout, remind you that you are capable of more than you think, film you during class, or make you laugh with whatever she came up with on Funny Friday. 🤭🤪

She has had the opportunity to be a small part of so many peoples journeys inglewoodcamptc and that is one of the things she’ll carry with her the most. 💕

But now, Esme is getting ready to close this chapter and so her last shift at the camp will be August 22nd! 🥹

Hence, if you got to know her, workout with her, laugh with her, or she’s ever yelled at you to keep going when you wanted to quit…come see her one last time behind the front desk and say goodbye! 🫶🏼💪🏼
