Thank you to Marcus for bringing his vision of Mobility & Music to Iconix. Watching our community move together while Mark Cargil filled the space with his gift 🎻 was one of those moments that reminded us fitness is about so much more than exercise.

Meet Adrianne, one of our incredible Group Fitness instructors!

A former NFL Cheerleader for both the Raiders and the 49ers, Adrianne brings years of performance experience, contagious energy, and a whole lot of fun to every class.

You’ll find her teaching Cardio Hip Hop, Pom Pom, and Dance Fitness. Expect upbeat music, fun choreography, and a workout that feels more like a dance party than cardio!! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, Adrianne creates a welcoming space where everyone can move, sweat, and leave feeling a little more confident 💃🏽🕺

Born and raised in Inglewood, Lashinda Demus turned her hometown grit into global greatness. A two-time Olympian (2004 & 2012) and now the rightful gold medalist in the 400m hurdles from the London 2012 Games, she’s also a World Champion, two-time World Silver Medalist, and U.S. Champion — earning nine major international medals across her career. Beyond the podium, Lashinda is a devoted mother of twin boys, balancing the demands of elite sport and motherhood with unwavering grace and determination. Through every race and every chapter, she’s stayed rooted in Inglewood, giving back to the community that helped raise her. Her story is proof that champions aren’t just born — they’re built here.
