Please note that this is an IDEAL day for me. I don’t always get to eat like this, but I try my best. I also forgot to mention my nut butter sandwich, vitamins, and water intake—oops haha. But anyways, I’ve recently stopped using protein powders because I feel better knowing exactly what I’m eating. I understand it can be difficult to cook everything at home, but it’s something I truly prioritize and make time for, even at the expense of other activities.
I do eat out occasionally, but I choose places that offer something I can’t easily make at home or make sure to opt for a healthy dish at the least. I keep my fridge stocked with proteins, veggies, and carbs to avoid the temptation of ordering fast food. Because eating out and processed foods tend to make me feel bloated and not the best, I feel better overall when I cook at home—my gut and skin health improve significantly.
I do indulge in fast food occasionally, but it’s not a daily habit. I believe in moderation rather than complete restriction, as balance is key. Be mindful of how often you consume fast food though, as it’s designed to be addictive. Eating it regularly isn’t beneficial in the long run.
Remember, your body is a temple, and you truly are what you eat. Feeding your body unhealthy foods can make you feel unwell.
I’m only sharing what I eat daily because it makes me feel my best. I also want to show you that you don’t have to drink protein powders all day to reach your protein intake.
I’m not suggesting you eat exactly like me, but if you’re feeling sluggish, tired, or frequently sick, consider evaluating your diet first.
