Two things, pay attention!!

1. Thank you DMR Services of Ingleside for getting the boil pots cleaned up and refitted with new legs. These things will last 10 times longer than they would have. If you need any aluminum work done, check out DMR Services.

2. We are going to run one of these pots tomorrow afternoon to check a new crawfish seasoning we are working on. Why is that important? We might have a few mudbugs to sell around 4-5 tomorrow afternoon. What will will have for sure, 2 # bags of shrimp, boiled for $19.99. 4-5 pm Monday, swing by Clayton’s and we will boil up 2 # of shrimp (using our standard boil seasoning, not the experimental one) for $19.99. We are not boiling sides on Monday, just the test crawfish and 2 pound bags of shrimp to order. If there is a line, we will boil till 6 or later.
