Join Coach Aaron on February 6th for our introductional Muay Thai classes. YOUTH 5:15-6:16 (age 6-12) Adults 6:30-7:30 (ages 13 and up)

All skill levels are welcomed.

Our Youth Program:
We provide a comprehensive program designed to not only teach our kids self-defense but to instill into them confidence, courage, and respect.
We pride ourselves on creating the best atmosphere for our students to not only learn the ways of muay thai but to have fun while doing so.
We keep our kids' classes light and entertaining.
There's nothing more important to us than for our kids to enjoy what they're doing while advancing their skill set and technique

Our Beginner Muay Thai class, is designed for non-competitive athletes where students learn the basic strikes, blocks, kicks, combination techniques, knees, and elbow styles for Muay Thai. This is a great conditioning program that teaches bag training, correct mitt positioning, and Muay Thai pad training for kick and punch combinations
